Tis the season for shopping and it's a great time to share my Dietitian's Kitchen Essentials for 2025 so you can hit some sales! Whether you are looking for something new to add to your kitchen so you can cook up healthy meals or wanting an idea for a gift, I am sharing some of my favorite gifts to give and receive this season. I hope you find something you love!

For background, I'm a dietitian and home cook. The past year or two, I've been working on swapping out my older kitchenware for new higher quality cookware that will last and is non-toxic. I look for items from brands I have researched or have experience with, and I put priority on effectiveness (as in, how good and evenly it cooks my food!) and aesthetics (I love having a pretty pan I can leave on my stovetop to do double duty as decor).
You can easily get to each item by clicking the link with the item name. ๐ Happy shopping!
My Kitchen Essentials

1. My favorite Non-Toxic Saute Pan with Lid
Caraway Nonstick Ceramic Sautรฉ Pan with Lid (4.5 qt, 11.8") - Non Toxic, PTFE & PFOA Free - Oven Safe & Compatible with All Stovetops. I have the cream one and it looks really nice and also functions great. I use this pan multiple times a week for things like my sweet potato turkey skillet or turkey taco skillet dinner and it is still pristine. It's nonstick (truly) and it comes with a special sponge that works like magic to clean it. My favorite kitchen tool

2. Caraway Sauce Pan with Lid
Caraway 3 qt saucepan with lid in cream. I use this sauce pan mostly for making oatmeal or rice! It's truly nonstick and it's non-toxic cookware. Plus, it looks so nice you can leave it on your stovetop if you don't have storage space in your cabinets!

3. My Favorite Nordic Ware Sheet Pans
Nordic Ware Naturals Half Sheet (set of 2). I love these sheet pans so much! I use them multiple times a week and they don't warp like other sheet pans I've had. They cook things evenly every time. I can't say enough good things about them! I use them to make sheet pan dinners and roasted vegetables.

4. My Coffee Pot
Technivorm Mocchamaster 10 cup coffee maker. This was a recent purchase for me and I'm obsessed. As a big coffee drinker, I think it's worth the splurge. It takes a minute to master it but this coffee pot makes the best coffee!

5. My Ninja blender
Ninja Blender, Mega Kitchen System, 1500W, 4 Functions. It comes with a large blender, small single serve blender (perfect for smoothies or dressings) and a large food processor. It blends things perfectly and is great quality for the price! I use it for my Green Smoothies and for blended soups like this Broccoli Green Goddess or Tomato Red Pepper Soup.

6. My Air-Fryer
COSORI Air Fryer 9-in-1, Compact & Large 6-Qt, Fast Turbo Modes. This air fryer is sleek looking enough to leave it out on the counter which is perfect for my small apartment kitchen! It also cooks quickly and evenly and I love that there are so many different cooking options. I use it for proteins & veggies mostly.

7. Dutch Oven (Cast-Iron)
MARTHA STEWART Gatwick 7 QT Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven, Linen w/Gold Knob. This is THE pot for the fall and winter because you can use it for so many different soups and chilis. I love using it for my turkey vegetable chili and cozy lasagna soup.

8. Spritz Oil Sprayer
FLAIROSOL OLIVIA. The Original Advanced Oil Sprayer. This is a must-have in my opinion. I use it to spray my pans & parchment paper on my baking sheets mostly and it's saved me so much $$ not having to keep buying spray oil!

9. Small but Mighty Beast Blender
The Beast Mini Blender Plus | Mini Countertop Kitchen Blender. I get so many questions about this blender when I use it in a recipe! It's small so it takes up less space than my Ninja blender! I use it a lot for smoothies and dressings like my southwest dressing or sauces like my avocado crema.

10. Mason Jars with Bamboo Lids
NETANY 4-pack 16oz Glass jars with Airtight Lids, Overnight Oats Containers with Bamboo Lids. I use something very similar to these for storing overnight oats, chia pudding, and dressings! I use these for my banana bread overnight oats and chia seed pudding with Greek yogurt.

11. Crockpot Slow Cooker (6 qt)
This 6 quart crockpot is great for things like shredded chicken to use throughout the week!
Things in my Cart
Here are some items I dream of owning and have in my cart for Amazon's Black Friday! So while I can'y say I have personal experience with them, they are ones that I have read reviews for or had fellow food bloggers recommend.

1. Espresso Machine
Breville Espresso Machine. Ok this might just be me romanticizing, but I have a vision of being that girl who is able to make any latte in her own home and have a little coffee bar so I can make guests whatever they want too.

2. Caraway Set
Caraway Nonstick Ceramic Cookware Set (12 Piece) Pots, Pans, Lids and Kitchen Storage - Non Toxic. As much as I love my Caraway skillet and cast iron pan, I would honestly trust a whole set of cookware from them! So if you're in the market for new cookware and you want a matching set, this is the one to get!
