These Air Fryer Peaches are so warm and gooey they taste like eating the filling of peach pie! 😊 And they're SO simple to make. Sweet yellow peaches get topped with heart-healthy olive oil, vanilla, cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar, then cooked until they are caramelized to a golden brown! A quick and easy treat to make during peach season ready in just minutes and lower in added sugar and saturated fats than most peach desserts.
Cut your peaches in half and remove the pits. There's no need to peel the peaches because the skin will get nice and soft when they are cooked, and the skin contains fiber and vitamins. But if you do prefer to peel them, now would be the time to do it!
Coat the peach halves in olive oil and place them skin side down on a parchment-lined air fryer basket. Air fry the peaches at 350℉ (177°C) for about 5 minutes to soften them.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Evenly distribute the mixture on top of each peach half and put them back in the air fryer at 350℉ (177°C) for another 7-9 minutes until they are browned and easily pierced with a fork. Cooking time will vary slightly depending on your air fryer.
