Instructions
Method 1: Add the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (30-60 seconds).
Method 2: Whisk together the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mason jar or small bowl.Drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil and whisk until it's emulsified.
Method 3: add all the ingredients to a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid, secure the lid, and shake it until everything is well combined.
