Instructions

  • With a sharp kitchen knife, dice your pear into about ¾ inch pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix the diced pear with maple syrup, avocado oil, and ground cinnamon until coated evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375℉ for 3-4 minutes. Place pears in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry pears for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Cooking time will vary depending on your air fryer. Pears are done when they are a golden brown and easily pierced with a fork.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days in an airtight container.

Expert Tips
  • If you're short on time, you can skip the preheating. It just won't cook quite as evenly but I tested it and they still taste great.
  • Be sure to spread the pears in a single layer to let the hot air circulate.
  • To caramelize the pears evenly, shake halfway through cooking.
  • Leave the skin on your pears for extra fiber.
