  • Blend or puree the cottage cheese and fruit mixture until it is a creamy consistency, about 40-60 seconds.
  • Top the cottage cheese with blueberries, mint, granola, or your toppings of choice.
  • Hint: If you want an easy breakfast to grab-and-go for the morning, you can meal prep this bowl the night before and store it in an airtight container in the fridge. Add toppings in the morning and be on your way.
