5 Minute Goat Cheese Dip with Fig Jam & Pistachios
Mallory
If you need a quick appetizer to bring to a holiday party, this Goat Cheese Dip is perfect! It's made with just a few simple ingredients and takes all of 5 minutes to throw together but everyone will love it. The first time I tried it I was shocked at how good it is and I hope it's a huge hit for you too!
Add the goat cheese to a serving platter or shallow bowl. Spread it in an even layer, mashing it down a bit with the back of a heavy spoon.
Carefully spread the fig jam in an even layer on top of the goat cheese.
Add the crushed pistachios on top. Optional: drizzle with honey.

Expert Tips
Use room temperature goat cheese to make it easy to spread.
Serve with sturdy crackers! I love the Rosemary Simple Mills Almond Flour crackers or some thick sourdough crackers with this. You could also serve it with crusty bread like crostini and people can spread it onto the bread.
Careful when spreading the fig jam that it doesn't get goat cheese mixed in it.
Storage
Storage - you can totally make this goat cheese appetizer ahead of time and store it in the fridge. I suggest waiting to add the pistachios right before serving. It will stay good in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Dietitian TipAt the holidays, sometimes keeping things simple is key! Make this nice dip using goat cheese and pistachios for an option that uses more nutritious ingredients than a lot of heavier cheese dips while still enjoying something special!
